Transform Toledo For Christ, Oct. 24th

TransformIn 1620 the Plymouth Company sent the “Pilgrims” who built a new nation. 400 years later a new “company” of Godly leaders is emerging to transform politics, business, education, medicine, media, church and family.

America today is facing five main problem areas that the church must address more effectively: sins/demons, ignorance/error, corruption/poverty, injustice/tyranny, and disease/division. Progress in addressing each of these are true “signs” of success in Jesus’ command to disciple nations (Mt 28; Mk 16). Church needing a Pastor

church-logo-clip-art-358973A note from our friends at Wayne Community Church, located at: 150 Church Street in Wayne, OH:

“We are looking for the following in a pastor:

We are a small but extremely loyal, very supportive group that would love nothing more than to love, pray for and help a man of God as he would pastor our church. We believe in the Word of God to be the infallible truth, in the trinity, the virgin birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and His prompt return. We would love to have a full time pastor. We have always taken care of a pastor the best that we possibly can.

Serious inquires may call: Sterling Damron, first elder, at 419-287-4439 (home phone) or Lisa Boyer, church secretary, at 419-287-4209 (home phone).”

Grief share Group at Compelled Church

Grief-supportIt hurts to lose someone. Find help at Grief Share starting in September at Compelled Church in Bedford.

Grief Share is thirteen week program that incorporates a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Compelled Church wants you to know that you don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. Grieving can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. When it may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future we want to be here for you, and help guide the way.

GriefShare is a nationally recognized program, and one person who attends stated, “Going to Grie fShare feels like having warm arms wrapped around you when you’re shivering.”

GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Join us at Compelled Church in Bedford, Michigan located at 8970 Jackman Road Bedford, Michigan. For more information visit www.CompelledChurch.tv or call (734)850-0051.
