Zion Lutheran Church 8307 Memorial Hwy. (Old US 223) Ottawa Lake Michigan Is having our annual Ice Cream Social on Sunday JULY 28, 2013 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Ice Cream with toppings will be served and also chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and chips. Cost is by Donations. This event is sponsored by the Alter Guild.
Sixth Annual “Golf for Heartbeat” Planned for Saturday, June 29th
Reservations can still be made for Heartbeat of Toledo’s sixth annual “Golf for Heartbeat” Golf Outing planned for Saturday, June 29. The outing gets underway at 8 a.m. at the Bedford Hills Golf Club.
Bake/Garage Sale fundraiser
Healing Streams Gilboa PCG, SR 224, Ottawa (1/4 mi. west of Gilboa Park) is having a Bake/Garage Sale fundraiser for the Oklahoma tornado victims. A percentage of the proceeds will go directly to the PCG Disaster Relief team on site to help the families. Everything priced low! Music Lessons given at SonFire by the River
Music lessons on acoustic or electric guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, or drums are offered on Tuesday afternoons at SonFire by the River Cafe Church, 222 E. Front Street, Pemberville (enter from back parking lot off Water Street) . Music teacher is Ben Miller of Luckey Ohio who is among the top 100 Blues guitar players in the US. Rummage Sale at Community of Christ Lutheran Church
Community of Christ Lutheran Church in Whitehouse, OH will hold a Rummage Sale on Thursday, June 20 thru Saturday, June 22. The sale is from 8:00 – 6:00 on Thursday and Friday, and from 8:00 – noon on Saturday. Come out and get some great deals on great stuff! All proceeds will go towards supporting the Youth Group for youth gatherings and mission trips. The church is located at 6517 Finzel Rd. at the corner of Dutch and Finzel in Whitehouse.
