church-newsletter-clipart-20Are you interested in making a prayer shawl (knit, crochet, cross-hook, sewn, quilted, fleece fringed, etc.)? We have pattern sources for you. Basic sizes are 18- 25” wide by 60-75” long. Please feel free to contact Cheryl or Kathy at the church office (419-287-4182), if you have any questions. Prayer Shawls are used to comfort those in any kind of need and are available in our Mission Action Center. They can also be used for baptisms, weddings, milestone birthdays, etc. You also may request one just because… When taking a prayer shawl, please mark down the recipient’s name and your name as the giver. Completed prayer shawls may be dropped off at the office from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., M-F, or Sunday morning. We do tag them so people know they are coming from the women of Bethlehem.

YOGA CLASS OPEN TO ALL on Mondays, 7 p.m., in the church’s Fellowship Hall. Cost is $5 per person. Continue reading »

St Joseph“Back to the Basics: 4 Cornerstones of Marriage ”A Valentine’s Dinner and Presentation on Saturday, February 10th. Guest Speaker: Peter Range – Director of Office for Life and Justice/Catholic Diocese of Toledo. With personal stories and practical examples, Peter will talk about love, life, sanctification and mission – and how these are keys to strengthening our marriages, as well as the marriage culture in our nation today.
For: All Couples Time: 6:00 p.m. check-in; 6:30 catered dinner. East Campus Family Center on Ravine Road
Cost: Freewill donations accepted to cover the costs of wine, dinner, and dessert. Registration is required by February 6th;
