Critical Update on Capital Care Network Baby

(Toledo’s Only Remaining Abortion Mill)

In a blatant attempt to stall and postpone the inevitable (their closing), Capital Care Network of Toledo has notified the Ohio Department of Health (ODOH) that they have changed counsel. The legal process affords them more time to prepare for their hearing that was scheduled for next Tuesday February 18. A new hearing has not been set but I promise you Greater Toledo Right to Life and Ohio Right to Life are not going to sit idly by while the bureaucrats and Capital Care Network (CCN) drag their feet to set a new hearing date.

We will work with our friends in Columbus and our representatives to ensure a new hearing date is scheduled as soon as possible.

What can you do to help? Pray, pray and pray! At this point our strongest and most effective force for good and justice is to our Father in Heaven to change hearts and minds to uphold the law.

Here are three ways you can prayerfully make a difference:

  1. Pray daily and specifically

    1. That a hearing date be reschedule as soon as possible.

    2. That the Administrative Hearing Judge will deny CCN a variance

    3. That if CCN should seek a stay (delay) to the ODOH decision not to grant them a variance that a civil judge will deny CCN request.

    4. That the civil courts will uphold ODOH decision not to give CCN a variance on the required transfer agreement.

  2. Come out Monday, February 17th at 12 noon at Capital Care in Toledo Ohio to pray that the Lord may intervene so there will no longer be an abortion facility in Northwest, Ohio. (for more details)

  3. Help spread the word via the internet or by word of mouth among your friends and fellow church members, regarding this prayer request.
